The ISAG 2020 DNA Profile (SNP profile) is intended for breeding associations and breeders who wish to generate a standardized DNA profile for their dog. It serves as the foundation for parentage verification between breeding animals and their offspring.

For official parentage verification of parents and their offspring, you additionally require our Parentage Certificate.

⚠️ Important notes:
The ISAG 2020 DNA Profile is not compatible with the ISAG 2026 profile and therefore cannot be used for comparison with parentage profiles based on ISAG 2026.

A DNA profile cannot be used to determine breeds in mixed-breed dogs or to verify purebred status. For this purpose, you require a Breed Determination .

📦 Delivery by standard mail (approx. 2–5 business days).
⏱️ Processing time after sample receipt in the laboratory: usually 2–3 weeks.
🧪 Sample material: buccal swabs or 1–2 ml EDTA blood.
