Prices, shipping costs and delivery
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.The sample package and, if selected, the certificate* (within Austria and Germany) will be dispatched no later than the next working day after receipt of payment and is completely free of charge for you. A flat rate shipping fee of €5.00 will be charged to the EU and €14.90 outside the EU for shipping costs + customs fees.
To return the samples, frank the shipment sufficiently protected and packaged as a standard letter shipment. When shipping blood tubes, please ensure they are packaged in shatterproof packaging! Please contact your post office for exact costs. Unfortunately, sample sets returned freight forwarded cannot be accepted. An express return of the samples is not necessary as the sample material is usually very stable.
Under certain circumstances (e.g. express delivery, courier services, etc.) shipping or other costs may apply. However, we will inform you of this before placing your order (type and amount) and clearly communicate it again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
