Cancellation & cancellation instructions for consumers
Consumers (end customers) within the meaning of this cancellation policy are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. They have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO RETURN THE SAMPLE SET FOR AN EFFECTIVE CANCELLATION!
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

Cancellation & cancellation policy for B2B
A company in the sense of this cancellation policy is any long-term organization of independent economic activity, even if it is not aimed at making a profit. Legal entities under public law are always considered entrepreneurs. A right of withdrawal applies to these under the following conditions:
After returning the sample taken, revocation is still possible as long as processing of the sample in the laboratory has not begun. This is also possible in advance by telephone, but always requires written confirmation from the contractual partner within 5 working days.
If the sample is already being processed, a processing fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be charged.
If a finding and/or certificate has already been created, revocation is possible without issuing the findings and/or certificates. However, a processing fee of 75% of the invoice amount will then be charged.
If a finding result and/or certificate has already been sent (whether by post, fax, email, etc.), revocation/cancellation is no longer possible.
The right of withdrawal granted here expires at the latest after the findings have been prepared. FERAGEN is entitled to invoice the requested services from the time the report is prepared, despite objections.
