The voucher will be sent in PDF format (fillable PDF) within 24 hours to the email address provided during the ordering process. However, you can also design an individual voucher yourself and simply insert the voucher code you received from us.

The voucher can be applied to all services and tests (except vouchers). Redemption in the Professional Shop ( https://shop.feragen.at/ ) is only possible by telephone or via email support(at)feragen.at . Cash settlements are not possible.

The German address is a PO box. The samples are forwarded to our laboratory in Austria three times a week.

Please do not send items as "Registered", "Personally delivered", "Registered Mail" or as express mail. This will lead to delays or refusal of acceptance at the PO box.
