DNA profile (ISAG 2006)

The ISAG 2006 DNA profile is intended for breed clubs or breeders who wish to create a DNA profile of their dog. It serves as the basis for parentage verification between parents and their offspring.

Processing time after sample arrival at the lab: usually 7–10 business days.

To confirm parentage between parents and offspring, you will additionally need our parentage certificate.

IMPORTANT: A DNA profile cannot be used to determine the breed composition of a mixed-breed dog or to verify purebred status. For this, you need a breed identification!

The kit is shipped as a standard letter (delivery time approx. 2–5 business days).
Processing time after sample arrival at the lab: usually 7–10 business days.
Sample material: buccal swabs or 1–2 ml EDTA blood.
